Per questa crostata ho utilizzato la ricetta della pasta frolla del libro base del Bimby ma con una variazione: invece che 300g di farina 00 ho utilizzato 100g di farina 00, 100g di farina di riso e 100g di farina 0 <a href="http://www.molinopn.com/">Fior di Grano</a> del Molino di Pordenone . La farina di riso offre una particolare croccantezza al dolce! Inoltre ho aggiunto un cucchiaino di lievito, come sempre. Consiglio vivamente l'aggiunta della farina di riso! Delizioso...</div>

Come sono gli spaghetti all'Americana? Ovviamente con le polpette! Ma sicuramente la loro versione vegan è più sana, a meno impatto ambientale ed ugualmente gustosa!!!<br />Per prima cosa bisogna frullare il seitan al naturale con un ugual peso di fiocchi di avena, e poi formare delle piccole polpettine con le mani che ho infarinato con la farina Fior di Grano del <a href="http://www.molinopn.com/">Molino di Pordenone</a>. Le ho poi cotte in padella con poco olio, che ho fatto scolare su carta assorbente. Infine, le ho aggiunte a un buon sugo di pomdoro, cucinato con solo un filo di olio, sale e pepe, e lasciato cuocere per circa 10 minuti. Infine, ho condito gli spaghetti integrali. Sano, buono e... vegan! Delizioso...</div>

Montare a neve 250g di panna</div>

Mescolare, fino ad ammorbidirla, 250g di ricotta con 20g di panna.</div>

Unire tutti gli ingredienti appena elencati e posizionarli sopra la base per cheesecake (ho utilizzato la solita base che faccio in questo caso: 300g di biscotti Digestive tritati e uniti a 100g di burro fuso, stesi poi nella tortiera sulla carta forno e lasciati in frigorifero almeno 30 minuti a solidificare.</div>

Ho visto preparare queste roselline di mela in vari video blog e ho provato anche io a riprodurle.</div>

Devo dire che l'effetto estetico è veramente incantevole! Tuttavia, rispetto al alcune ricette trovate sul web, propongo alcune modifiche perché credo che ottimizzino al meglio la realizzazione della ricetta. Innanzitutto la preparazione della mela: tagliata sottile sottile, con la buccia, e messa in una ciotola con acqua e succo di mezzo limone, deve stare in microonde alla massima potenza almeno 7 minuti, se no arrotolando le roselline si rompe.</div>

Poi la composta di albicocche, per tre cucchiai di composta basta un cucchiaio di acqua, e nel microonde basta un minuto alla massima potenza.</div>

Realizzare le roselline, poi, sembra complicato ma non lo è. Basta preparare una striscia di pasta sfoglia larga almeno 5/6 cm, mettere uno strato di marmellata, posizionare le fettine di mela una leggermente sovrapposta all'altra, richiudere la pasta sfoglia e poi arrotolare!</div>

La vera difficoltà, secondo me, è stata la cottura in forno. Purtroppo al centro le roselline risultano sempre umide e fanno fatica a cuocere. Proporrei allora almeno 45 minuti in forno, anche a 190°.</div>

Un tocco finale di zucchero a velo e poi servite a tavola faranno di certo un figurone!!!<br />E non dite assolutamente che è un dolce eccessivamente calorico, anzi. Direi che anche per i bambini potrebbe essere una buona idea per la merenda.</div>

Ecco la ricetta che vi risolverà il problema di cosa servire agli ospiti durante una cena di pesce: fantastici spiedini di gamberoni e porro. </div>

Per prima cosa bisogna sgusciare e pulire i gamberoni da entrambi i filetti neri, e metterli a marinare almeno mezz'ora con sale, pepe e succo di limone.</div>

Per questa crostata mi sono dedicata più che altro alla decorazione. La preparazione è veramente semplice, perchè si tratta solamente di una classica pasta frolla (io uso sempre la ricetta che prevede l'aggiunta di un cucchiaino di lievito) e l'ottima crema di Marroni "<a href="http://www.visjam.com/">Natura golosa, Vis</a>". </div>

Per il pranzo di Natale ho scelto Pinot Nero Blau, Azienda Agricola Francesco Quaquarini. <br>
Il Blau, ottenuto dai più antichi vitigni di Pinot Nero dell'Azienda, è un vino fine, suadente, longevo, di grande classe.  Difficile è la raccolta delle uve per i grappoli piccolissimi ma compatti. Una delicata vinificazione, un attento passaggio in barrique di Allier danno come risultato un vino di alta qualità per soddisfare e gratificare anche i palati più esigenti. Servire a 18º con secondi piatti importanti. </p>

Una piacevolissima scoperta! Ormai conoscete tutti la mia predilezione per il biologico. E sapere che da oggi posso scegliere il bio anche al bar mi rende molto felice! Sono infatti presenti solo nel canale ho.re.ca. ( ma spero sinceramente che presto si possano trovare ovunque!) questi deliziosi succhi di frutta. Di Frutta!</div>

Ho poi impastato 2 minuti vel.spiga e poi ho lasciato lievitare nel forno acceso a 50gradi per velocità. Cotto a 220gradi per 15 minuti.  Delizioso........</p>

Pulire e tagliare a rondelle 4 porri. Sciogliere in una casseruola 40g di burro, unire porri e patate, aggiustare di sale e pepe, insaporire qualche minuto, aggiungere 5 cucchiai di acqua e cuocere con coperchio 10 minuti. In una terrina unire a 2 uova e un albume un bicchiere di latte, 100g di ricotta, 3 cucchiai di grana grattugiato e 100 g di prosciutto cotto a dadini. Mescolando con la frusta aggiungere i porri e patate cotti. Mettere il tutto in una tortiera precedentemente imburrata, dopo una spolverata di grana grattugiato cuocere a 200gradi 30 minuti. Per prima cosa tritare nel Bimby un tubo di biscotti Digestive. Aggiungere poi 125g di burro ammorbidito e impastare 20secondi vel.6. Realizzare quindi la base in una tortiera apribile. Io prima la fodero di carta forno bagnata. Lascio i bordi fi biscotto alti perché a me piace così....se preferite fare solo la base invece appiattite il tutto. Lasciate poi in frigo a solidificare. Nel Bimby poi senza lavarlo mettete 150g di zucchero, 500g di philadelphia o altro formaggio che preferite, 2 uova, un cucchiaio di farina bianca, un pizzico di sale e poi io unisco un vasetto di yogurt dello stesso gusto della marmellata che stenderò sopra (in questo caso fragole). Quindi 20 secondi vel.5. Verso il tutto sulla base e inforno 40 minuti a 180gradi. Una volta fredda stendo un velo di marmellata e lascio almeno 5 ore in frigo. Delizioso. ....</p>

Anche se devo dire che per realizzarla ho avuto un grande aiuto. ...quello del preparato Polenghi! Per realizzare un dolce al cucchiaio sempre gradito, anche in questa estate particolarmente fredda e piovosa, è bastato seguire le chiare istruzioni sulla confezione. E poi gustarla tutta! Delizioso....</p>
